In 1979 Traugott Grundmann lived in the USA. In a German car newspaper he saw a "for sale" ad of this Hebmüller. He bought it unseen by phone. It was Traugotts first Type 14a. A repair shop near Cologne picked the car up and made the complete restouration. Traugott helped those guys by phone when they had questions. In 1981/1982 Traugott sold the car to the USA. (CM)
