This Ford Rheinland was delivered from the factory to Firma Müller in Stendal East Germany. It was used as a rent car inclusive Chauffeur, later as a taxi car. Directly after the war, the Ford was back on the road as a taxi. For fear of expropriation, Mr. Müller bricked the Ford inclusive two horse carriages and a Wanderer car in a barn. The inheritor of Mr. Müller found the cars after the German reunification. I bought the car in May 2004. (KH)
