In 1934 Hanomag had ordered at Karosserie Hebmüller the bodies for 4 Hanomag Sturm Roadsters. These cars had been destined for Rallye-Sport. One of these roadsters went to the Hanomag dealer at Hamburg. At that time the wife of the dealer drove the car at several events. Only in 1991 the family of the Hamburg dealer found the car in Austria and they were able to acquire it. After a complete restoration the car was added to the family’s collection. Unfortunately the complete collection was destroyed by a fire a few years later. The wrack of the roadster is now in possession of the Hanomag IG, they intend to rebuilt the car. (KH)
